"Patissier" Cake Making
We experienced what it’s like to be a patissier for a day by making our own cakes. Starting with layers of vanilla sponge, we added fillings and fruit, carefully alternating between cake and cream. Working together as a team, we frosted the cakes and added our own creative touches using a variety of decorations. To celebrate our hard work, we surprised and congratulated this month’s birthday girls with the finished creations!

After finishing their creations, the children enjoyed eating them together.

These moments outside the classroom are not only refreshing but also filled with opportunities for creative thinking and informal learning. They also allow us to connect by sharing stories, chatting, and laughing, building real, meaningful, and lasting relationships.
